CO₂ is a by-product in industrial production processes, such as fermentation and petroleum refining processes, which produce by-products CO₂. The CO₂ produced in these production processes is purified, hydraulically and stored, and dry ice is produced for cleaning. When CO₂ sublimation is discharged into the atmosphere during the spraying process, no new CO₂ is produced, but the original CO₂ by-product is discharged, To achieve the reuse of exhaust gas CO₂ for the benefit of mankind.

The dry ice medium used in dry ice blast cleaning is made of solid dry ice particles by a dry ice maker. These dry ice particles can be used immediately or stored in an incubator for later use. These particles are usually 3mm in diameter and 2.5mm-10mm in length. In this way, high-pressure liquid CO₂ is ejected from the pipeline and transformed into snow-like solid CO₂. Snow-like CO₂ is extruded into dry ice pellets through the die by means of hydraulic pressure.
