The plastic film recycling process includes four steps: crushing, washing, granulation, and drying.
A plastic shredder breaks down large pieces of plastic film into smaller pieces for easier recycling. Then, a washing machine removes stains and impurities. The clean plastic fragments are sent to the pelletizing stage, where a pelletizing system uses high heat to melt and reform the plastic into long strips, which are then cut into uniform plastic pellets. Finally, the plastic film is dried and ready to be stored!
If you want to get high-quality plastic granules, the entire process needs to be able to maintain continuous and stable production. Our plastic film recycling line is stable and durable, resistant to high temperatures, and can be easily controlled to keep up with production progress.
